Production
For the regular size applications, over 50 extruding presses with tonnages of 495UT, 660UT, 880UT, 1,250UT and 2,000UT, and cycle sizes up to 12”, are utilized. Machinery and equipment for casting, extruding, surface treatment, quality inspecting and packaging are imported from Italy, Switzerland, Spain, Japan and etcetera. With the thermal-setting polyester powder coating lines and fluorocarbon liquid coating processes, the annual capacity is 200,000 tons. With the electrophoretic coating lines, the annual capacity is 40,000 tons. Overall production capacity for construction industry is 300,000 tons annually.
In the area of large profiles, the company has made substantial investments building 3,150UT, 3,600UT, 5,500 UT, 7,500UT and 12,500UT large presses with cycle sizes up to 27” and large casting furnaces for production of heavy duty truck body, light railway car frames, aero and marine aluminum profiles, industrial pressure containers, liquid controllers, heat distributors, tubes, sheets, belts, bars, and wires and etcetera. Completion of this project brings in an additional annual capacity of 200,000 tons, enabling the company’s industrial production to be in a forefront position globally.
We produces a variety of aluminum profiles for residential and commercial construction, industrial and other applications, producing an annual capacity of over 500,000 tons (1 billion pounds) through the use of its more than 60 extruding lines.
